How can Executive Recruiters benefit from social media?

I was asked by REC to deliver a presentation on social media to the Association of Executive Recruiters (AER), at their Executive Search and Selection Autumn Congress yesterday.

The scope of my presentation was to show the audience of executive search and selection businesses that social media is not something they should be afraid of, but in fact, something that they should be grasping with both hands going forward, in executive search industry.

The presentation was very well received, and I believe I achieved my goal, of showing executive recruiters that social media is a genuine tool they should be using, and not something they should be ignoring.
