How many screens do you use for your recruitment?
When you read this graphic, think of your recruitment situation for a moment. What devices are your candidates using? (Google analytics will help you see what devices are being used to visit your website) What do you use during the course of the day - laptop, desktop and iPad maybe. And don't forget the mobile phone and how you use the social media channels like LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook.
Well as you can see from the graphic below, people are using multiple screens to make their decisions.
How many screens do you use for your recruitment process then? One, two, three or even four?
With the way technology is going this number will likely be increasing from what you are used to. I have it down to three (four if you were to include my larger monitor I connect my laptop to!) But then all my three devices sync everything between each of them so it doesn't matter which I am using!
So come on then - own up, how many screens/ pieces of tech are you using?

How many screens do I use for recruitment… In the office, dual screens…
At home, quad screens, of which one is a 40 inch LED tv which is so damn good.
LinkedIn open on one screen, e-mail on another, Excel spreadsheet/CV screen and then a we browser on my big screen which enables me to search google and linkedin via boolean logic.
Fun times!

Liking the sound of that 40inch screen!!
You use a different screen for each use - have you not heard of tabs and screen windows? LOL
