Generation Y - Who, What, How
Today, I delivered a presentation to a room full of HR and Recruitment Directors from the Hotel industry, for the hosts, Caterer.com . The subject was generation Y in the workplace - their characteristics and how to engage them as employees. The hotel and leisure industry has a very high level of gen Y employees, and they are experiencing their fair share of recruitment and retention issues. There now seems to be a desire to address some of the issues - hence the presentation!
The presentation was well received, and as promised (to all the delegates) here are a copy of the slides this morning.
