- Do I have a good work life balance?
- Am I empowered to learn from mistakes made?
- Do I receive regular constructive feedback?
- Do I feel good about what I am achieving?
- Do I enjoy this job?
- Does this job stimulate me?
If you answer yes to:
0-5 questions then start to think about your career and updating your CV, you will be looking soon!
6-10 questions then you are doing ok, but you are comfortable in your job, but be careful - complacency could kick in very soon
11-15 questions then you are quality person. Firstly learn to fend off the headhunter calls, and then focus on progressing well in your current role. But if it starts to stall, you will know that there is plenty of companies that will want to hire you!
