A Japanese marketing firm - Hime and Co has started offering 'heartbreak leave' to its employees, allowing them to take paid time off to get over a distressing break-up with a partner!! If you are in your twenties, and you 'can only' take two days off each year, but those older can take three days off each year!!! What every year?? Nice way to get extra 'holiday'!!
Can you imagine this happening in the West? (not unless the EU want to get their 'stupid' labour law fingers all over it!!) Mind you this is from the same country that bought us Tamagochi and Takeshi's Castle - so I guess it is no surprise!!
